Job well done! The technician came out and repaired a leaky pump and went above and beyond to help me install a hot tub cover lift. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Backyards!

Once I secured the parts your service technician was awesome. He came out on a brutally cold day and did the repairs which included some modifications promptly and professionally. Great work!

Have used blue ridge backyards for the last 1.5 to keep my Airbnb hot tub looking wonderful. I’m very pleased with the service they let me know anywhere from 10-30 minutes before they arrive are very self sufficient and have helped me when I had a pump problem they trouble shot the issue and when I ordered the part they replaced it for me. The only thing I wish is that they were open on the weekends or Saturday. But truly I have been so pleased with how the have taken care of my hot tub!

Always there when I need help. Nice service techs and I feel confident in their knowledge on taking care of my hot tub.

Excellent selection, easy buying process, top shelf customer service and communication, and a smooth, professional delivery. 5-Star from the beginning to end.

I picked my appointment online. They came on time and fixed my hot tub for a reasonable price. I will use them again!
