Job well done! The technician came out and repaired a leaky pump and went above and beyond to help me install a hot tub cover lift. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Backyards!
Once I secured the parts your service technician was awesome. He came out on a brutally cold day and did the repairs which included some modifications promptly and professionally. Great work!

I’m very pleased with the service they let me know anywhere from 10-30 minutes before they arrive are very self sufficient and have helped me when I had a pump problem they trouble shot the issue and when I ordered the part they replaced it for me. The only thing I wish is that they were open on the weekends or Saturday. But truly I have been so pleased with how the have taken care of my hot tub!
Always there when I need help. Nice service techs and I feel confident in their knowledge on taking care of my hot tub.
Excellent selection, easy buying process, top shelf customer service and communication, and a smooth, professional delivery. 5-Star from the beginning to end.
I picked my appointment online. They came on time and fixed my hot tub for a reasonable price. I will use them again!
