Once I secured the parts your service technician was awesome. He came out on a brutally cold day and did the repairs which included some modifications promptly and professionally. Great work!
Have used blue ridge backyards for the last 1.5 to keep my Airbnb hot tub looking wonderful. I’m very pleased with the service they let me know anywhere from 10-30 minutes before they arrive are very self sufficient and have helped me when I had a pump problem they trouble shot the issue and when I ordered the part they replaced it for me. The only thing I wish is that they were open on the weekends or Saturday. But truly I have been so pleased with how the have taken care of my hot tub!
