Have used blue ridge backyards for the last 1.5 to keep my Airbnb hot tub looking wonderful. I’m very pleased with the service they let me know anywhere from 10-30 minutes before they arrive are very self sufficient and have helped me when I had a pump problem they trouble shot the issue and when I ordered the part they replaced it for me. The only thing I wish is that they were open on the weekends or Saturday. But truly I have been so pleased with how the have taken care of my hot tub!

The company that I purchased from (NOT Blue Ridge) would not take care of this problem (hot tub less than 1 year old). I feel a company should stand behind the products and accessories they sell. I will present the bill to the original company I purchased from to see if they will cover it.

We contacted Blue Ridge Backyards to remove a hot tub from a second story deck we no longer wanted. They responded quickly and gave us a reasonable quote. They removed the hot tub by removing a section of railing and going over the side. The railing was re-installed and they left the worksite clean. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I was interested in services they offer.

Service guys came out quickly, analyzed problem & ordered a new pump for pur Hot Tub. It came in pretty quickly & they had a crew to install in equally quickly. It's back up & running, all good! Thanks BRBY!!

Blue Ridge Backyards fixed my hot tub and were very reasonably priced. They were busy but fit me in and they were the only company in West Jefferson who called me back. I will definitely use them again, as needed.
