Winterizing is entirely up to you. However, if you plan to be away for the winter, we recommend doing so and having it professionally done.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 months from the order date. Please note that if a crane is required for installation, delivery timing will depend on the crane company's availability.

Your quote includes the following:

•   Element steps (available in grey or brown)

Using salt water is not recommended as it will void the manufacturer's warranty.

We offer spa service plans for chemical water maintenance as well as repair services on all hot tub brands.
